Cold Solutions Kazi Ltd was incorporated on 28th March 2023, following the restructuring and renaming of our sister company, Kazi Food Logistics Ltd, which was established in 2021. This strategic evolution reflects our commitment to strengthening our operations and expanding our capacity to meet Uganda’s growing demand for cold chain solutions.
Cold Solutions Kazi enables clients to outsource their cold chain operations to a team of seasoned industry professionals. With strategic locations in Ntinda and Namanve Industrial Park—two of Kampala’s key industrial hubs—we have achieved significant growth, underpinned by strong values, ethical practices, and a dedication to service excellence.
We offer advanced temperature-controlled storage solutions for ambient, chilled, and frozen products, serving clients across the food, pharmaceutical, and medical supply sectors. Our flexibility and proven track record allow us to deliver tailored solutions that meet a wide range of customer requirements.
Our core services include the development, leasing, and maintenance of refrigerated storage facilities. In addition, we provide integrated offerings such as refrigerated logistics, inventory management, and distribution services. Through vertical integration, we are able to offer some of the most competitive cold storage rates in Uganda.
Our in-house team comprises highly skilled professionals, including logistics experts, refrigeration engineers, stock managers, electricians, mechanics, and food safety specialists. We are ISO certified and approved under the Supplier Tracking and Recognition (STAR) program by global brands such as KFC and Pizza Hut (Yum! Brands Inc.), demonstrating our adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and reliability.
